Each restaurant at Stadium City Hotel Nagasaki will be serving limited-time menus made with plenty of seasonal summer ingredients.

The rich aroma of ripe white peach, the refreshing sweetness of mango and pink grapefruit, the soft texture of coconut mousse, and the oriental flavors of banana confit and pineapple.
We offer seasonal sweets that bring out the best in each ingredient.
Additionally, we offer corn soup and cannelloni with yellow zucchini and Unzen pork rillettes as refreshing savory dishes that will evoke the feeling of summer.

VERDE proudly presents high tea for you to enjoy a special moment.
We offer 10 types of hors d'oeuvres, perfect for wine snacks, including burgers that change with the seasons and Iberian ham.
◇ Aromatic ripe white peach parfait 2,500 yen

This drink is made using a whole, fully ripe peach, giving it a fresh, refreshing taste and the deep sweetness of a slowly simmered compote.
The smooth almond tofu, mellow apricot liquor jelly, fragrant homemade vanilla ice cream, sweet and sour raspberries, refined fresh cream, and cool white lily granita bring the flavors together, creating a harmonious and refreshing aftertaste.
This special parfait, only available this summer, is nostalgic yet new, and tastes like eating Peach Melba.
