The Goto Fair, where you can taste the bounty of Goto, will be held at Stadium City Hotel Nagasaki.The event will take place in three restaurants and the hotel's top-floor bar.

What kind of place is Goto?
The Goto Islands, located to the west of Nagasaki Prefecture, are a naturally rich area made up of over 140 islands of various sizes.
A rich fishing ground where a wide variety of fish can be caught, the legendary Japanese black beef "Goto beef" and the brand pork "Goto beautiful pork"
Food culture includes "Camellia vegetables," which are grown using a unique farming method that uses camellia oil and seawater, and "Goto udon," which is made using the traditional hand-stretched method.
It is a treasure trove of food, embodied in the wisdom to make the most of what is available on the island and careful handiwork.

CAFE'S & DINERS VERDE
CAFÉS & DINERS VERDE uses carefully selected ingredients grown in the Goto countryside, including camellia vegetables from Ikiiki Farm, Goto peppers from HPI Farm,
Ratatouille with Goto Paprika and Camellia Vegetables
Ikiiki Farm's camellia vegetables are grown using a recycling-oriented farming method that makes use of camellia oil residue and seawater. They are rich in minerals and have a strong flavor.
We combined it with Goto peppers from HPI Farm, which are grown all year round using hot spring heat. The red and yellow flesh is vibrant in color, thick, juicy, and sweet, with a taste that is almost like fruit.
This dish is perfect as an appetizer, as it concentrates the flavor of summer vegetables and finishes with a refreshing acidity.
Goto Black Wagyu Beef Steak Poivre
They use Japanese Black beef raised at Yamaguchi Farm in the lush natural surroundings of Goto.
This is a classic steak made from tender, flavorful meat carefully grilled with fragrant black pepper.
The moist meat, rich juices, and spicy sauce are perfectly combined to create a main dish that is both satisfying and elegant.

At JAPANESE DINING SHUN, we offer a luxurious meal made with rare cuts of Goto that are usually hard to find.

Made with specially procured rare cuts.
The melting texture and delicious flavor that fills your mouth is exceptional.

The star dish is a delicious main dish made with fragrantly grilled Goto Biton brand pork.
The moist texture of the meat and the sweetness of the high-quality fat stand out.

A total of 10 dishes including grilled Goto Miton pork, local fish and sashimi, salad, side dishes, Kibinako Nanbanzuke, rice, small Goto udon noodles, pickles, chawanmushi, and dessert.
Beautiful Fragrance Gozen 3,000 yen
"Mijoka" is a coined word derived from the Goto proverb that "beautiful people have a delicious fragrance."
As the name suggests, this is a gorgeous rice bowl meal featuring colorfully presented fresh seafood caught in the waters off Goto.

The bounty of Goto, even in a glass...
One of the highlights of the fair is being able to leisurely enjoy craft gin made in the Goto Islands in a sophisticated space.
Goto Craft Gin "GOTOGIN" 2,400 yen
"GOTOGIN," a craft gin made by Goto Tsubaki Distillery, uses botanicals unique to Goto, such as camellia and yuzu.
It has a gorgeous fragrance and a refreshing taste, giving you a taste of the island's nature.
Plus, happy hour is held from 6pm to 8pm!
During this time, you can enjoy a variety of drinks, including GOTOGIN, at special prices.
