“All you can eat Mimi sushi”
Tuna is a representative sushi ingredient, and we are particular about serving "raw bluefin tuna" that is "completely raw" and never frozen. Fresh bluefin tuna that has been landed has a moist texture that sticks to your tongue, and a rich, refined taste that will have you hooked once you try it. We use "Date Maguro", a brand of bluefin tuna from Uwajima, Ehime Prefecture, and tuna that is shipped directly from "Yamakichi", a long-established tuna wholesaler in Toyosu, Tokyo.
In addition, we use fresh fish delivered directly from the local market in Nagasaki, and we value seasonal catches that can only be caught in that region at that time of year, so you can enjoy fresh sushi ingredients carefully prepared by our skilled chefs.
