The restaurant name "Les Cinq Sens" means "the five senses" in French. Innovative French cuisine that maximizes the flavors of carefully selected ingredients, and pairing courses in which the food and alcohol complement and resonate with each other are also available. The chef's table-style counter, where you can hear explanations of the cuisine from the chef, provides a dining experience that can be enjoyed with all five senses in a space where "taste, sight, smell, movement, and sound" spread out.

Ristorante Alporto is an authentic Italian restaurant owned and operated by Chef Mamoru Kataoka, a pioneer of Italian cuisine in Japan. Using ingredients unique to Nagasaki, we will create a space that provides the best experience for our customers along with the scenery of Nagasaki.

WAGYUMAFIA NAGASAKI is a member-only Wagyu restaurant established in 2016 by entrepreneur Takafumi Horie and Chef Hisato Hamada. WAGYUMAFIA offers a food and entertainment experience unique to WAGYUMAFIA, which has been praised by VIPs from around the world, including the Moncler 70th anniversary dinner, the main event of the Milan Collection, and the F1 Bahrain dinner, as well as producing the Royal banquet in the Middle East.
