The restaurant's name, "Les Cinq Senses," means "the five senses" in French. In addition to innovative French cuisine that brings out the best in the flavors of carefully selected ingredients, we also offer a pairing course in which the food and drinks complement each other and resonate with each other. At the chef's table-style counter, where the chef explains the dishes to you, you can enjoy a dining experience that stimulates the five senses in a space filled with "taste, appearance, aroma, movement, and sound."

This members-only wagyu restaurant was established in 2016 by entrepreneur Takafumi Horie and chef Hisato Hamada. They have produced the main event at the Milan Collection, the Moncler 70th anniversary banquet, the Bahrain Formula 1 banquet, and banquets for the Kingdom of the Middle East, and are nominated by VIPs from around the world to provide a unique food and entertainment experience.

MASHI NO MASHI is loved and popular not only in Japan but also in Hong Kong and Singapore. At this MASHI NO MASHI NAGASAKI, Hamada Hisato of WAGYUMAFIA and Nakamura Eiri of Nakamuraya, famous for Tenku Otoshi, will explore the history and roots of champon and develop their own unique CHAMPON RAMEN.
Enjoy two types of ramen: ULTRA CHAMPON RAMEN, made with a secret Wagyu beef bone soup and luxuriously using Ozaki beef and seafood, and STAMINA CHAMPON RAMEN, made with kotetchan and with the sweetness typical of Nagasaki.
