Our tempura is prepared with meticulous attention to moisture content, cutting technique, and frying temperature, ensuring each ingredient is served at its best. Enjoy a luxurious all-you-can-eat experience that you can only find here, along with the skills of our chefs as they prepare your meal across the counter.
We offer dishes that bring out the best in the ingredients, such as our "Four-Piece Shokado Appetizer Set," which features carefully crafted, handmade dishes including "Wagyu Beef Shigure-ni" and "Homemade Sesame Tofu," as well as our chawanmushi (steamed egg custard) made with Nagasaki Prefecture's Taiyo Eggs and flavorful broth. We also have a kids' plate that children will love.
