An evening to savor seasonal delicacies and Beaujolais – A luxurious moment woven together by carefully selected ingredients from Nagasaki and new wine.

Beaujolais Nouveau, a new wine made from grapes harvested in France this autumn, is loved all over the world. To coincide with the release of this wine, we will be offering a special course for a limited number of 18 people at the innovative French restaurant "LES CINQ SENS".
The stars of the show are the fresh, fruity notes of the new Beaujolais wine and the seasonal ingredients of Nagasaki that complement each other perfectly.
From appetizers to main courses, we offer meticulously prepared dishes such as flavorful "Batten Chicken Fricassee" and juicy "Unzen Ikiiki Pork," paired with a selection of Beaujolais Nouveau.
Enjoy a truly special and satisfying experience in our chef's table style setting, where you'll find yourself gathered around the counter.
