Notes
About spectator tickets
Your match tickets will be handed to you at the hotel front desk on the day of the match.
Please stop by the hotel front desk on the 7th floor before checking in or entering the stadium. Seat selection is not possible.
Children in the first grade of elementary school and above will need a ticket. Preschool children do not need a ticket if they are sitting on someone's lap. Please note that even preschool children will need a ticket if they require a seat.
Ticket prices cannot be refunded or exchanged under any circumstances.
Please note that tickets cannot be reissued under any circumstances, including lost or stolen.
The purchase, transfer, or resale of tickets or seat numbers for commercial purposes is prohibited under any circumstances.
The organizers will not be held responsible for any trouble, theft, loss, etc. that occurs within the venue.
About accommodation
This plan includes breakfast.
We only accept two guests per room. Please note that this offer does not apply to single guests or guests with more than two guests.
Please note that depending on the reservation and availability, the room you desire may not be available.
Preschool children can stay in the same bed as their parents.
This plan requires payment in advance (credit card payment) only.
Cancellations and refunds are not accepted after purchase confirmation. Please note that it is not possible to cancel either the ticket or the accommodation separately.
Hotel facilities (swimming pool, large public bath (natural hot spring), sauna, semi-open-air jacuzzi, gym) are available from 3:00 PM onwards. If you wish to use them before a match, please stop by the front desk first.
The following can only be used once during your stay.- THE STADIUM BREWS NAGASAKI meal voucher (Opening hours: 19:00-23:00 (Last order 22:15))- ONSEN & SAUNA YUKULU 90-minute usage ticket (Opening hours: 7:00~23:00 (last entry 22:00)) Please check our business hours in advance.
You will be given a YUKULU voucher when you check in. You can also receive it before check-in, so please ask a hotel staff member.
The voucher can be used once during your stay (from check-in to check-out).
Children under elementary school age are not permitted to use the premium sauna.
When using the premium sauna, we ask that you wear either a swimsuit and the sauna's indoor wear, or just the sauna's indoor wear. You can also bring your own swimsuit.
Swimwear and indoor wear are not provided for guests under the age of 3. If you would like to rent such clothing, an additional fee of 500 yen will be charged.
