This is a long-stay hot spring facility where you can relax all day long without bringing anything with you.
Natural hot spring water drawn from 1,500 meters underground,You can enjoy three different premium sauna areas.
In the relaxation corner, you can read approximately 4,500 books to your heart's content!
Furthermore, we offer a wide selection of games, from classic card games to the latest and most popular board games.
*The premium sauna is available to those aged 12 and over, and requires wearing a swimsuit and indoor wear.

Cancellation Policy

This plan is a special offer limited to potential soccer match dates, therefore, different cancellation policies apply.
Please be sure to check the following cancellation fees before making your reservation, as there is a period during which cancellation fees will apply from the time your reservation is completed.

  • 14 to 11 days prior to your stay: 10%
  • 10-8 days prior to your stay: 20%
  • 7 to 2 days prior to your stay: 50%
  • Cancellation fee: 80% of the total price for cancellations made one day prior to your stay.
  • No-show on the day of arrival: 100%

  • This plan requires advance payment (credit card payment) only.
  • The following cancellation policy applies to this plan, which differs from the standard cancellation policy.

About ONSEN & SAUNA YUKULU

  • You will be given a YUKULU voucher when you check in. You can also receive it before check-in, so please ask a hotel staff member.
  • The voucher can be used once during your stay (from check-in to check-out).
  • Children under elementary school age are not permitted to use the premium sauna.
  • When using the premium sauna, we ask that you wear either a swimsuit and the sauna's indoor wear, or just the sauna's indoor wear. You can also bring your own swimsuit.
  • Swimwear and indoor wear are not provided for guests under the age of 3. If you would like to rent such clothing, an additional fee of 500 yen will be charged.
