■ About your stay
This plan isTicket fees apply to children aged 4 and older.I will do it.
If you will be staying with preschool-aged children aged 4 or older, please enter the number of such children on the "Reservation Information Input" screen.
If you have a child aged 4 or older who is not yet in school and have mistakenly included them in your reservation count, please contact us at least two days before your check-in date. We will not be able to accept any changes after that time, so please be aware of this in advance.
If you are staying with a preschool-aged child aged 4 or older, please pay an additional ticket fee of 3,000 yen upon check-in.
We only accept reservations for up to 3 people per room. For groups of 4 or more, please book 2 or more rooms.
Please note that reservations may not be possible depending on room availability and booking status. If you wish to make a reservation, please do so as soon as possible.
This plan includes a light breakfast only; room-only and breakfast-only (buffet) options are not available. Please be aware of this beforehand.
• Preschool-aged children can stay overnight by sharing a bed with their parents.
Please make your reservation at least one day in advance.
This plan requires advance payment (credit card payment) only.
・Cancellations and refunds are not accepted after purchase confirmation.

■Regarding tickets for public viewing of the FIFA World Cup 2026
• Your match tickets will be given to you at the hotel front desk upon check-in.
・You cannot choose your seat.
Tickets are required for children in first grade and above. Preschool children do not need a ticket if they sit on an adult's lap.
Please note that even preschool children will need a ticket if they require a seat.
Ticket prices are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
Please note that tickets cannot be reissued under any circumstances, including loss or theft.
The purchase, transfer, or resale of tickets or seat numbers for commercial purposes is strictly prohibited under any circumstances.
The organizers will not be held responsible for any troubles, theft, powder, etc. that occur within the venue.
