About spectator tickets

Tickets will be available at the hotel front desk on the day of the match.
Please stop by the hotel front desk on the 7th floor before checking in or entering the stadium.
Seats cannot be reserved.
Children in the first grade of elementary school and above will need a ticket. Preschool children do not need a ticket if they are watching on someone's lap. Please note that even preschool children will need a ticket if they require a seat.
Ticket fees cannot be refunded or exchanged under any circumstances.
Please note that tickets cannot be reissued under any circumstances, including if lost or stolen.
The purchase, transfer, or resale of tickets or seat numbers for commercial purposes is prohibited under any circumstances.

About accommodation

This accommodation plan is limited to six groups per day.
We only accept two guests per room. Please note that this offer does not apply to single guests or guests with more than two guests.
Preschool children can stay in the same bed as their parents.
Please make your reservation at least 14 days in advance.
This plan can only be paid for by credit card.
Cancellations, refunds, and changes cannot be accepted after your purchase has been confirmed.

About the Stadium Tour

The stadium tour will begin at 11:00.
Before the tour begins, please come to the Stadium City Tour reception counter on the 2nd floor of STADIUM CITY NORTH and present your tour participation ticket to a staff member.
*Please arrive 5 minutes before the tour starts.
If you are bringing a stroller or wheelchair, please let the reception staff know.

About ONSEN & SAUNA YUKULU

You will be given a YUKULU voucher when you check in. You can also receive it before check-in, so please ask a hotel staff member.
The voucher can be used once during your stay (from check-in to check-out).
Children under elementary school age are not permitted to use the premium sauna.
When using the premium sauna, we ask that you wear either a swimsuit and the sauna's indoor wear, or just the sauna's indoor wear. You can also bring your own swimsuit.
Swimwear and indoor wear are not provided for guests under the age of 3. If you would like to rent such clothing, an additional fee of 500 yen will be charged.

On the day of the match, tickets will be handed over at the hotel front desk on the 7th floor.
Please be sure to stop by the front desk before the game.
