Register as a member of the Nagasaki Stadium City official app
Please download the Nagasaki Stadium City official app and register as a member (free of charge). This is required to issue event tickets and receive StaPAY.
*If you are already a member, you do not need to register again.

Fill out a form
After completing the plan reservation, a "Reservation receipt completion email" will be automatically sent to the email address registered at the time of reservation. Please fill in the Google form in the "Reservation receipt completion email" with the representative's app membership number, information about children who will be sleeping in the same bed, etc.
By the day before the event

Check your tickets on the app
The event's QR code ticket will be displayed on the Nagasaki Stadium City official app.
StaPAY will also be credited to your app.
*Tickets will be awarded to the person who made the reservation.

About using StaPAY
Please use this at any stores that accept StaPAY, such as restaurants in Stadium City Hotel.
*Customers who cannot register as app members will not be eligible for StaPAY benefits.
*If all attendees do not have smartphones, paper event tickets will be provided at the hotel front desk. Please collect them upon arrival at the hotel.
Please note that there is a "Request" section in the Google form, so when answering, please write "I would like to pick up my tickets at the hotel front desk."

1. Regarding passengers with children
- Children 6 years old and under can stay in existing beds.
- Ice show tickets are free for children 2 years old and under, up to one child per adult who can sit on an adult's lap. If a seat is required, an additional fee will be charged.
- If you have a child over 3 years old who will be sharing a bed with you, you will need to purchase a separate ticket. This plan does not include the ticket fee for children who will be sharing a bed with you. If you require a ticket, please fill out the details in the Google form that will be sent to you after completing your reservation. Additional ticket fees will be paid on the day of your visit.
2. Wheelchair Customers
- Each wheelchair user may be accompanied by up to one companion (fees apply). Companions must also purchase an S-seat ticket for the wheelchair seat. If you would like a wheelchair seat, please contact us at 0120-1014-77 after purchasing the S-seat ticket.
3.Ticket Notices
- Once your plan reservation has been confirmed, you cannot change or cancel the number of tickets or seats.
- This event may be recorded and filmed. Please note that in some cases, photos and videos of you may be made public.
- All guests in the same room will have the same seating type ticket. You cannot choose different seating types.
- Payment must be made by credit card at the time of booking.
- Cancellations or refunds after application for this plan cannot be accepted for any reason.
- This plan is limited to one night. If you would like to stay for consecutive nights, please let us know your desired dates in the Google form that will be sent to you after completing your reservation. We will propose the accommodation fee at a later date. Please pay the additional night fee at the front desk on the day.
